JORDAN VALLEY MARRIOTT RESORT & SPA CELEBRATES
“TWO YEARS OF SERVICE”

February 2005 Amman, Jordan – The Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa celebrated their first “Two Years of Service” on the 23 rd of Feb. 2005. The General Manager and the Executive Committee Members of the Resort recognized 175 loyal staff members who joined the Resort since the opening.

Philip Papadopoulos, the General Manager for the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa thanked all the staff for their efforts, hard work and loyalty. He commented, “I am extremely proud to be part of this team. The employees make this resort and they are the reason for its continuous success.” He added, “Marriott's philosophy is happy employees make happy guests, therefore we assure all the staff that the management will always look after them and make sure they are happy and content in their jobs.” The Resort is also very proud of the fact that almost two hundred staff members in various positions are employed from the local area of Sweimeh and the surrounding villages.

The Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa was officially opened by His Majesty King Abdullah II on the 21 st of June, 2003.
